There are many factors that go into what kind of results a Click2Sell customer can expect. Things like length of sales cycle, company name recognition and reputation, warmth of contacts being used, quality of contacts being added, type of business and service being represented, content, etc. all directly affect Click2Sell’s statistics. Most of our clients experience very high reply percentages. Typically, 20-45% of the contacts you enter into Click2Sell will eventually respond. We have seen up to an 80% response rate over the life of campaigns. Of the contacts who respond the largest percentage with fall into our Cycle and Follow Up reply actions (opportunity for future sales dialog). A smaller percentage will fall into Remove and Inactive and the final percentage will be active Meetings or sales dialog. Roughly a customer can expect 40-70% of their replies to be Cycle and Follow Up. 10-30% to be Inactive/Remove and 10-30% to be Meetings or active sales dialog.

Your email address will be truncated so that it will run through our system and not bog down your existing email inbox. Additionally, your Click2Sell inbox is where your 5 reply actions are. If your email is Joe@ABC&co.com, your Click2Sell email is Joe@ABC&co.servicesend.com. Your prospects will simply see your name and there is never any Click2Sell branding. The emails are designed to look like personal emails being sent directly from you. The only branding that will be shown is your company and the fact that you are a very diligent and driven salesperson!
In the beginning, it is very easy to download all of your past, current, and future customers to an Excel file, and then upload directly into Click2Sell. Depending on which CRM you use, we can help you sync activity between Click2Sell and your CRM. Some of our clients want the history moved to CRM upon Meeting and some upon Sale.
We have flexibility in how we work with your CRM but bottom line, all of the “clutter” belongs in Click2Sell and the customers belong in CRM.

We have consciously left this functionality out of Click2Sell. Traditional marketing campaigns often rely on metrics like opens, forwards and click-throughs. Click2Sell is more interested in sales results. So our metrics are based on actual replies from your prospects. We track success by the responses you receive and how many of those are converted into meetings and ultimately sales!
You can absolutely customize for each industry, but we recommend that you keep it simple with general benefit statements that appeal to most. We do not want to give your prospect a reason to say “no”. For example, if the content is speaking to CFO’s and the recipient is not a CFO, they will delete the email. Or, if you are calling out the Healthcare Industry but the recipient does not consider their business in that industry, they will delete the email.
Keep it simple, get that dialog going and then get down to the specifics.
